2. Weather Conditions

   • Winter (November to February): Expect cold temperatures, especially at snow points like Rohtang Pass. Make sure to wear warm layers.
   • Summer (March to June): The weather will be pleasant, ideal for outdoor shoots in valleys and temples. It’s still a good idea to carry a light jacket for cooler evenings.
   • Monsoon (July to September): There might be occasional rainfall. Carry an umbrella or waterproof items to stay dry.

3. Things to Carry

   • Personal Items: Feel free to bring any special outfits, accessories, or props for the shoot.
   • Comfortable Footwear: For walking around different terrains like forests, hills, and riverbanks.
   • Warm Clothes: Especially during winter or if you're visiting snow points.
   • Rain Gear: If you're booking during the monsoon, an umbrella or raincoat can be useful.

4. Things to Wear

   • Casual Outfits: You’ll receive stylish dresses and accessories, but bring your own comfortable outfits for casual moments.
   • Traditional Wear: If you want some cultural shots, you can bring traditional clothing or let us know if you need assistance with it.
   • Footwear: Wear sturdy shoes for outdoor shoots like mountain shoots or riverside locations. For other locations, comfortable flats or sandals are good.

5. Health & Fitness

   • Altitude: Some locations are at higher altitudes. If you’re not used to this, it’s important to be prepared for the climb or walk, especially in snow areas.
   • Physical Comfort: Ensure you’re comfortable with walking around or standing for extended periods during the shoot.

6. Additional Costs

   • Permits: Some locations may require special permits, especially for Rohtang Pass or snow points. We’ll inform you if this applies.
   • Extra Requests: If you want additional prints, extended sessions, or customized services, there may be extra charges which we’ll discuss in advance.
   • Travel Costs: The cab, hotel, and meal costs during the shoot are not included in the package and need to be paid directly by you.

7. Final Deliverables

   • What You Get: After your shoot, you’ll receive 30 edited photos, a 3-4 minute cinematic video, Instagram reels, custom prints (canvas/framed), and more!
   • Raw Data: All raw photos and videos will be given to you on a USB pen drive.
